The KEMET R75GD2680DQ40K is a single metallized polypropylene film capacitor from the R75 series, designed for DC and pulse applications. It has a nominal capacitance of 0.0068 µF with a tolerance of ±10% and a DC voltage rating of 160 V. The capacitor is encapsulated in a self-extinguishing plastic case meeting UL 94 V-0 requirements, with radial leads of tinned wire for through-hole mounting. The lead spacing is 7.5 mm, and the device is rated for an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. Typical applications include resonant circuits, high frequency coupling and decoupling, SCR and IGBT commutation circuits, and DC link circuits.
