The Brady R6300 is a resin-based thermal transfer ribbon designed for high-performance printing on Brady label materials. It features a black ink on a 4.5 µm thick polyester base film, with an ink melt temperature of 97°C. The ribbon offers excellent heat, scratch, and solvent resistance when used with appropriate Brady labels. It is halogen free per IEC 61249-2-21, JPCA-ES-01-1999, and IPC-4101B standards. The ribbon is available on a reel with a width of 2.36 inches and a length of 984 feet. It is UL recognized on various Brady label stocks (UL file MH17154 and MH10939). Operating conditions are 5°C to 35°C and 30% to 85% relative humidity. Shelf life is two years when stored in original packaging under 27°C and 60% RH. This ribbon is suitable for use in Brady benchtop thermal transfer printers.
