The KEMET R60PI3100CK30K is a general purpose metallized polyester film capacitor from the R60 series, designed for automotive and low voltage applications. It offers a capacitance of 0.1 µF (100,000 pF) with ±10% tolerance and a rated DC voltage of 630 V. The capacitor utilizes a self-healing metallized polyester dielectric, encapsulated in a UL 94V-0 rated resin box with radial tinned wire leads and 15 mm lead spacing.
Operating over a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C (climatic category 55/105/56), this component is AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive reliability up to 22.5 mm lead spacing. Typical applications include blocking, coupling, decoupling, bypassing, and interference suppression in automotive electronics. It is not suitable for across-the-line use.
The capacitor is supplied in tape and reel packaging (large reel Ø500 mm) per IEC 60286-2. It is RoHS compliant and features lead-free terminations. The through-hole radial mounting style makes it suitable for automated insertion and manual assembly.
