The KEMET R60MI3150JC30M is a metallized polyester film capacitor from the R60 series, designed for general purpose and automotive applications. It offers a nominal capacitance of 3150 pF with a ±5% tolerance and a rated voltage of 400 VDC. The capacitor operates over a temperature range of –55°C to +105°C and features self-healing characteristics.
It is housed in a radial box package with 15.0 mm lead spacing and tinned wire terminations. The encapsulation uses thermosetting resin meeting UL 94V–0 requirements. The R60 series (up to 22.5 mm lead spacing) is qualified to AEC–Q200, making it suitable for automotive electronics.
