The KEMET R46KI3330JAM1M is a metallized polypropylene film capacitor from the R46 series, designed for EMI suppression in across-the-line applications. It has a capacitance of 0.33 µF with ±20% tolerance and is rated for 275 VAC operation at 50/60 Hz. The capacitor is classified as X2 class according to IEC 60384-14, ensuring safety in applications where capacitor failure does not result in electric shock.
The capacitor features metallized polypropylene film construction with self-healing properties, encapsulated in a self-extinguishing resin box meeting UL 94 V-0 requirements. It has radial lead-free terminations with 15.0 mm lead spacing and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +110°C. Each unit undergoes 100% screening factory test at 2200 VDC/1500 VAC.
