The Radiall R199001023 is a DPDT (Double Pole Double Throw) latching RF switch designed for high-frequency applications from DC to 26.5 GHz. It features a 50 Ohm impedance and SMA female connectors per MIL-C 39012. The switch uses a latching actuator with a nominal voltage of 28 V (24 to 30 V range) and a nominal current of 125 mA at 25°C.
Electrical performance includes insertion loss as low as 0.20 dB from DC to 3 GHz and 0.70 dB at 18-26.5 GHz. Isolation is at least 80 dB at low frequencies and 50 dB at 26.5 GHz. VSWR ranges from 1.20:1 to 1.70:1 across the frequency bands. Average power handling is 240 W at DC-3 GHz derating to 40 W at 18-26.5 GHz.
The switch is splashproof and weighs less than 100 g. It uses solder pin terminations (250°C max for 30 seconds) and is rated for 2.5 million cycles minimum. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C with storage from -55°C to +85°C.
