Electrically, the connector supports frequencies up to 1.5 GHz with a maximum VSWR of 1.30 + 0.0000 x F(GHz) and maximum insertion loss of 0.115 sqrt(F(GHz)) dB. RF leakage is limited to -(57 - F(GHz)) dB max. The voltage rating is 335 Veff maximum, with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000 Veff minimum and insulation resistance of 5000 MOhm minimum.

 

Mechanically, the connector uses a brass center contact with gold plating, a nickel-plated brass body, and a PTFE insulator. The center contact retention is 27 N minimum at both mating and opposite ends. Cable retention pull-off force is 58 N minimum. The clamp nut torque is specified at 40 N.cm with a 5.5 mm wrench size. The mating life is 500 cycles minimum. Operating temperature range is -65 to +165 °C.

 

Packaging is in standard units of 100 pieces. Compliance with RoHS3, REACH unaffected, and MSL Level 1 is claimed but unverified.
