The Radiall R128083001 is a BMA straight bulkhead plug crimp connector designed for RF applications up to 12.4 GHz. It offers a 50 Ohm impedance and is terminated via crimp for both center contact and shield. The connector is panel mounted with a bulkhead front side nut and uses a snap-on fastening mechanism.
Electrical performance includes a maximum VSWR of 1.15 + 0.020 x F(GHz) and insertion loss of 0.03 √F(GHz) dB. The voltage rating is 250 Veff with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 750 Veff. Insulation resistance is 5000 MOhm minimum.
The body is made of passivated stainless steel, the center contact is beryllium copper with gold 1.3 µm over nickel 2 µm plating, and the outer contact has nickel 2 µm plating. The connector operates from -65 to +125 °C and has an IP54 ingress protection rating. It is compatible with RG-174, RG-188, and RG-316 cables.
