QTS-075-01-L-D-A-K

The Samtec QTS-075-01-L-D-A-K is a high-speed ground plane SMT header connector from the Q Strip series. It offers 150 positions arranged in 2 rows with a 0.64mm (0.025") pitch, making it suitable for dense board-to-board mezzanine applications. The connector features a gold contact finish with 10 µ" (0.25 µm) gold on the contact area and matte tin on the tail, ensuring reliable electrical performance and solderability.

This connector is rated for 1.8 A per pin (2 pins powered) and 23.1 A per ground plane (1 ground plane powered), with a voltage rating of 285 VAC. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and supports up to 100 mating cycles. The mated stacking height is 5mm, and the height above board is 4.06mm.

Designed for automated assembly, the connector includes a board guide, ground bus (plane), and a polyimide pick and place pad (K option). The insulator is made of liquid crystal polymer, and the contacts are phosphor bronze. SMT lead coplanarity is controlled to 0.10 mm maximum.

The QTS-075-01-L-D-A-K is packaged in trays with a standard quantity of 42 pieces per tray. It is lead-free solderable and compliant with RoHS, REACH, and MSL 1 (unlimited) requirements. The connector is capable of supporting protocols up to 25 Gbps NRZ, making it suitable for high-speed digital applications.
