The QSBT40-7-F is a quad data line Schottky bus terminator from Diodes Incorporated, designed as a steering TVS diode array for transient protection. It integrates four unidirectional channels with a working peak reverse voltage of 30V and a forward continuous current rating of 200mA. The device is housed in a compact SOT-363 surface mount package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications.
This TVS diode array provides ESD protection up to 15kV air discharge and 8kV contact discharge per IEC61000-4-2, as well as protection against electrical fast transients and lightning surges. It features a low forward voltage drop and fast switching characteristics, ideal for high-speed data line protection.
The QSBT40-7-F is fully RoHS3 compliant and halogen-free, with a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and has a power dissipation of 200mW. The device is available in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel for the -7-F variant.
