The Vicor QPO-1LZ is an output ripple attenuator utilizing active filtering to reduce periodic and random disturbances (PARD). It offers over 30 dB of PARD attenuation from 500 Hz to 500 kHz, with the capability to extend down to 50 Hz with additional capacitance.
This device operates within a voltage range of 3 to 30 VDC and supports load currents as high as 10 A. Its closed-loop architecture enhances transient response and ensures quiet point-of-load regulation. The QPO-1LZ features up to 99% efficiency and user-selectable performance optimization for attenuation, power dissipation, and transient response.
Available in Lidded SiP (25.3 x 25.3 x 5.0 mm) and Open-frame SiP (24.9 x 24.9 x 4.4 mm) packages, it also comes in a low-profile LGA package. Applications include Telecom Base Stations, Point of Load Power Systems, Sensors Requiring Low Noise Power, and Medical Instrumentation.
