QFS-052-01-SL-D-RA

The Samtec QFS-052-01-SL-D-RA is a 104-position, right angle surface mount receptacle from the QFS series. It features a 0.64mm (0.025") pitch with two rows of center strip contacts. The contacts are gold plated with a thickness of 10µin (0.25µm). This connector includes a ground bus (plane) for enhanced signal integrity and high-speed performance.

Electrical ratings include a current rating of 1.5A per pin when six adjacent pins are powered (tested per EIA-364-70) and a voltage rating of 300 VAC. The withstanding voltage is 900 VAC minimum, insulation resistance is 1000 MΩ minimum, and contact resistance (LLCR) is a maximum change of 15 mΩ. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C.

Mechanically, the connector is rated for 500 cycles of durability with a minimum normal force of 30 grams. The channel performance metric (CPM) is 25 Gbps NRZ, making it suitable for protocols such as PCIe 4.0, USB 20Gbps, and 25 Gb Ethernet. The part is packaged in a tray with 24 pieces per package; a tape and reel option with 125 pieces is also available.
