QCN-19+

The Mini-Circuits QCN-19+ is an ultra-small ceramic 2 Way-90° hybrid power splitter/combiner operating across a frequency range of 1100 to 1925 MHz. It is designed for applications requiring efficient power division and combination with a nominal impedance of 50 Ohms.

Key electrical specifications include a maximum insertion loss of 0.5 dB across the operating band, with typical values as low as 0.4 dB in certain segments. The device provides high isolation, typically 20 dB to 26 dB, ensuring minimal signal leakage between ports. Amplitude and phase unbalance are also tightly controlled, with maximums of 1.1 dB and 4°, respectively, ensuring balanced signal distribution.

The QCN-19+ features a compact FV1206-1 case style, measuring 3.20mm x 1.60mm x 1.07mm, making it suitable for space-constrained designs. It utilizes wrap-around terminals for excellent solderability and is designed for surface mount applications. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 100°C, with a maximum power input of 15W as a splitter (derated linearly to 7W at 100°C ambient).

This power splitter is ideal for applications such as balanced amplifiers, modulators, GPS, and PCS/DCS systems where reliable and precise RF power management is critical.
