It has a 2:1 shrink ratio with a supplied inner diameter of 0.125" (3.18mm) that recovers to a maximum of 1.6mm. The recovered wall thickness is 0.030" (0.76mm) with a nominal adhesive layer of 0.20mm. Shrinkage begins at 100°C with full recovery at 125°C.

 

The tubing is rated for 600V and withstands AC 2500V dielectric testing. It offers a tensile strength of at least 10.4 MPa and elongation of 200% minimum. Flame rating is VW-1, and it is RoHS3 compliant. Approvals include File No. E236137 and File No. 242540. Water absorption is less than 0.5%.

 

This tubing is designed for protection against water and moisture in automotive wires, shipping cables, metal tubes, and bundled wire applications. It is supplied cut to 4.00' (1.22m) lengths in bags of 25 pieces. Operating temperature range is -45°C to 125°C, with a storage temperature range of -10°C to 40°C and a shelf life of 60 months.
