The Qualtek Q2-F3X-3/8-01-MS100FT is a highly flexible, flame-retardant polyolefin heat shrink tubing designed for electrical insulation, bundling, marking, and mechanical protection. It features a 3:1 shrink ratio, allowing it to accommodate a wide range of substrate sizes. The tubing is supplied with a minimum inner diameter of 0.118 inches (2.99 mm) and recovers to a maximum inner diameter of 3.0 mm with a minimum wall thickness of 0.030 inches (0.76 mm).
This tubing operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. It meets VW-1 flammability requirements and provides a minimum tensile strength of 14 MPa and ultimate elongation greater than 600%. The material is RoHS compliant and meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 specifications.
