The Bulgin PXP4011/06P/3035 is a free-hanging (inline) receptacle housing designed for the 4000 Series Buccaneer power connectors. It features a 6-position male configuration with crimp and solder cup contact types, and a keyed orientation with bayonet lock fastening for secure mating.
The housing is constructed from a halogen-free polycarbonate/polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) blend with a black finish, rated UL94 V-0 for flammability. It provides environmental protection rated IP66, IP68, and IP69K, making it suitable for dust-tight and waterproof applications. The housing includes a backshell and is UV resistant.
With a cable diameter acceptance range of 3 to 7 mm and a coupling ring diameter of 19.8 mm, it accommodates various cable sizes. The series is rated for up to 13 A and 600 V (contact-dependent). Approvals include cULus and VDE, and it meets EN60068-2-64 vibration resistance standards.
