The Bulgin PXP4010/06P/5055 is a plug housing from the 4000 Series Buccaneer range, designed for use with male power contacts. It accommodates 6 power positions in a free hanging (inline) configuration with a secure bayonet locking mechanism.
The housing is molded from halogen-free polycarbonate/polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) plastic, rated UL94 V-0 for flame retardance. It offers ingress protection ratings of IP66, IP68, and IP69K, making it suitable for demanding environments including outdoor, marine, and industrial applications.
Cable acceptance range is 3mm to 7mm diameter. The coupling ring diameter is 19.8mm (18.6mm per drawing), and overall length is 46.3mm. Contacts are ordered separately and can be crimp or solder cup type. The housing includes a backshell and coupling nut, and is UV resistant.
Certified cULus and VDE approved, with vibration resistance per EN60068-2-64. Color scheme is black with blue components. This housing is the foundation for building rugged, waterproof circular connections.
