The PXP4010/02P/6065 is a plug housing for male pins from the Bulgin 4000 Series Buccaneer range of circular power connectors. It accommodates 2 power positions and is designed for free hanging (in-line) mounting. The housing features a bayonet lock fastening system and a keyed orientation for correct alignment. The shell is made from halogen-free polycarbonate/polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) in black and blue, with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. It includes a backshell, coupling nut, and is UV resistant. The housing is unshielded and accepts crimp and solder cup contacts (sold separately). It provides IP66/IP68/IP69K ingress protection, making it dust tight and waterproof. The cable acceptance range is 3mm to 7mm, and the coupling ring diameter is 19.8mm. It has cULus and VDE approvals and meets EN60068-2-64 vibration resistance standards. This housing is suitable for harsh environment applications requiring reliable power connections.
