The Bulgin PX0588 is a rewirable IEC 60320-1 C13 plug connector designed for cable mounting with a right angle (side entry) cable exit.
It features screw termination for secure field-wiring and accommodates 3 contacts (female sockets). The plug is rated for 10A at 250VAC and carries approvals from CSA, RCM, UL, VDE, and ENEC.
The housing is molded from UL94 V-0 rated nylon and is available in black, white, or grey. Contact material is brass with a maximum contact resistance of 10 mΩ and minimum insulation resistance of 1000 MΩ. Dielectric withstand voltage is 4.5 kV contact-to-contact and 4 kV contacts-to-accessible parts.
This plug is suitable for power cords and cable assemblies requiring a standard C13 connector with a right-angle profile to reduce cable strain and fit in tight spaces.
