The Panduit PV18-6R-MY is a vinyl insulated ring terminal designed for 18-22 AWG copper wire. It accommodates a #6 stud size and features a crimp termination with a brazed seam and serrated inner barrel for secure wire retention. The contact is made of 0.81mm thick copper with a tin plating, and the insulation is red vinyl rated for 105°C maximum operating temperature. The terminal is rated for 600V in building wire applications and up to 1000V in signs, fixtures, and luminaires. It has a free hanging (in-line) mounting style and accepts a maximum wire insulation diameter of 3.81mm. The wire strip length is 7.9mm (5/16 inch). Overall dimensions are 21.84mm length, 6.35mm width, and 0.81mm thickness. Installation requires Panduit approved crimp tools such as CT-100A, CT-600-A, or CT-1550. This terminal is suitable for general purpose wiring in industrial, commercial, and lighting applications.
