The Samtec PTT-113-01-S-D is a 26-position, 2.00mm pitch unshrouded header designed for high-density board-to-board connections. This male pin header features a through-hole mounting option with press-fit termination capability, making it suitable for both soldering and press-fit assembly processes.
The header is constructed with phosphor bronze contacts finished in tin with 30µin thickness, ensuring reliable conductivity and corrosion resistance. The insulation is molded from liquid crystal polymer (LCP) in black, providing high-temperature stability and UL 94V-0 flammability rating. With an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, it can withstand harsh environments.
Electrical performance includes a current rating of 2.9A per contact. The unshrouded design allows for flexible mating with compatible socket strips, such as Samtec's PTF, SMM, SQT, or SQW series. The 2.00mm row spacing and vertical orientation are ideal for space-constrained applications.
