It accepts a 5V input voltage and provides an adjustable output voltage ranging from 0.8V to 3.6V, configurable with a single resistor. This module delivers up to 22A of output current with efficiencies reaching up to 96% and a power density of 155 W/in³.
Key features include Auto-Track™ sequencing for simplified voltage sequencing, On/Off Inhibit, Output Voltage Sense, Pre-Bias Startup, Margin Up/Down Controls, Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO), and non-latching auto-reset over-current and over-temperature protection.
