This Vishay Dale PTCSL03T151DT1E is a mini radial lead PTC thermistor specifically designed for over-temperature protection and control applications. It features a resistance range of 20 to 120 Ohms at 25°C, with a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 165°C.
The thermistor is constructed with a barium titanate ceramic pellet and copper clad steel wires, coated with a high-temperature silicone. Its small size and rugged design make it suitable for various industrial electronics, motor drives, lighting drivers, power supplies, converters, and heat-sink applications.
Available in both bulk (500 pieces) and tape on reel (2000 pieces) packaging, this component is mounted via through-hole.
