The PTC36SADN is a 36-position single row unshrouded header designed for board-to-board or cable-to-board connections. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch with square contact posts measuring 0.025" (0.64mm) that fit into 0.040" minimum diameter holes. The header is rated for 3A current per contact and 600VDC minimum voltage at sea level, with a continuous operating temperature range up to 125°C.
The insulator is molded from black thermoplastic polyester rated UL94 V-0 for flammability. Contacts are made of CA510 phosphor bronze (Grade A) with a 100µin tin overall finish over a 50µin nickel underplate. The overall contact length is 19.05mm (0.750") with a mating contact length of 10.67mm (0.420"). Mounting is through hole with solder termination, and the insulation height is 2.54mm (0.100"). This unshrouded header offers push-pull fastening and is suitable for applications requiring a compact, reliable interconnect solution.
