The HERAEUS PT1000 is a lead-type temperature sensor utilizing the resistance change of a platinum resistor with temperature. It is constructed with a 304 stainless steel probe, offering resistance to high temperatures and corrosion, and employs double pressure ring technology for enhanced waterproofing.
This sensor is suitable for measuring the temperature of solid, liquid, or gas media within a range of -50 to 300°C. The probe operates within -50 to 300°C, while the cable is rated for -50 to 200°C. It features a Class B+ accuracy of ±0.5°C typical and a fast thermal response.
The conductor uses special PTFE silver-plated shielded wire, providing a wide operating temperature range and stable anti-interference effects. With an IP68 rating, the PT1000 is well-suited for demanding environments. Its small size and lightweight design facilitate easy installation.
