The Mitsubishi Electric PSS35SA2FT is an Intelligent Power Module (IPM) belonging to the Large DIPIPM series. It is designed for three-phase inverter applications and features a high breakdown voltage (Vces) of 1200V and a continuous collector current (Ic) of 35A.
