The Mitsubishi Electric PSS30S92F6-AG is an updated Super mini DIPIPM Intelligent Power Module (IPM) designed to share conventional boards and expand allowable current. It features a Vces rating of 600V and a continuous collector current (Ic) of 30A.
This module includes integrated drive circuits for both the P-side and N-side, offering features such as high voltage high-speed level shifting, control supply under-voltage (UV) protection for the P-side, and short circuit protection (SC) for the N-side.
