For the lower-leg IGBTs, it provides a drive circuit, control supply under-voltage protection (UV), and short circuit protection (SC).

Fault signaling is provided for SC faults (lower-side IGBT) or UV faults (lower-side supply). The input interface is 3, 5V line compatible with High Active logic. The PS21265 is UL Approved (Yellow Card No. E80276).

Packaged in a Dual-In-Line configuration, this module is designed for through-hole mounting. All outer lead terminals are plated with Pb-free solder.
