The Brady PS-C-125-WT is a heat shrinkable wire marker from the PermaSleeve series. It is made from irradiated polyolefin heat shrink tubing with a 3:1 shrink ratio, allowing it to fit a range of wire diameters (0.05" to 0.11"). The marker is white, providing high contrast for printed text and barcodes.
This marker is designed for wire identification and insulation in demanding environments. It supports thermal transfer and dot matrix printing, and is compatible with Brady Series R6600, R4300, and other recommended ribbons. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +135°C, with a minimum recovery temperature of 150°C.
The PS-C-125-WT is a UL Recognized Component (File E333786) and meets SAE AS23053/5 Class 4 requirements. It also complies with mark permanence standards AS-81531 and AS-5942. Flame and smoke characteristics are per ASTM E162 (flame spread index max 35) and ASTM E662 (smoke density max 100 at 1.5 min, 200 at 4.0 min).
