The PMEG6020EPA115 is a planar Schottky barrier rectifier with an integrated guard ring for stress protection, encapsulated in an ultra thin SOT1061 (DFN2020-3) leadless SMD plastic package. It is designed for medium power applications requiring low forward voltage and high efficiency.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum average forward current of 2 A (square wave, 20 kHz, Tamb ≤ 65°C) and a reverse voltage of 60 V. The forward voltage is typically 505 mV and maximum 575 mV at 2 A. Reverse current is 55 µA typical and 250 µA maximum at 60 V. The device can handle a non-repetitive peak forward current of 18 A (8 ms surge) and a repetitive peak forward current of 7 A (tp ≤ 1 ms, δ ≤ 0.25). The junction temperature range is -55 to 150 °C.
Applications include low voltage rectification, high efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, SMPS, reverse polarity protection, and battery chargers for mobile equipment. The exposed cathode pad provides excellent thermal and electrical conductivity.
The part is AEC-Q101 qualified, making it suitable for automotive applications. The package is leadless with a 1.3 mm pitch and body dimensions of 2 mm x 2 mm x 0.65 mm.
The maximum reverse voltage is 60 V at Tj = 25°C.
The maximum average forward current is 2 A under conditions of square wave, 20 kHz, δ=0.5, and Tamb ≤ 65°C or Tsp ≤ 140°C.
The forward voltage is typically 505 mV and maximum 575 mV at IF = 2 A and Tj = 25°C.
It is available in a DFN2020-3 (SOT1061) leadless SMD package with dimensions 2 mm x 2 mm x 0.65 mm.
Yes, it is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications.
The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
