The PMEG2010AEJ is a planar Schottky barrier rectifier with an integrated guard ring for stress protection, encapsulated in a SOD323F (SC-90) very small and flat lead SMD plastic package.
This device features a very low forward voltage of 480 to 550 mV at 1 A, a maximum reverse voltage of 20 V, and a forward current rating of 1 A. It can handle repetitive peak forward currents up to 5.5 A and non-repetitive peak forward currents up to 10 A.
Typical applications include low voltage rectification, high efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, switch mode power supply, inverse polarity protection, and low power consumption applications. The device is designed for surface mount assembly and has a junction temperature range of -65 °C to 150 °C.
