The Cosel PMC100-1-N is an enclosed chassis mount AC/DC converter designed for applications requiring multiple regulated output voltages. It accepts a universal input range of 85-264VAC at 47-440Hz, making it suitable for global use. The converter provides three outputs: +5V at 2.0A, +12V at 0.3A, and -12V at 0.2A, with an output voltage adjustment range for the +5V output from 5.00V to 5.25V. The +12V and -12V outputs have fixed settings of 11.4-12.6V and -11.4 to -12.6V respectively.
Electrical performance includes line regulation of 20mV max for +5V and 48mV for +12V/-12V, load regulation of 100mV max for +5V and 120mV for the others, and ripple noise of 120mVp-p on +5V and 150mVp-p on +12V/-12V. The unit features overcurrent protection that activates above 105% of rating and recovers automatically. Isolation is provided at 3000VAC between input and output, 2000VAC between input and case, and 500VAC between output and case.
The converter operates over a temperature range of 0°C to 65°C with derating, and can be stored from -20°C to 75°C. It measures 238.0mm x 93.0mm x 48.0mm and is designed for chassis mounting. Agency approvals include UL60950-1, CSA C22.2 No.60950-1, EN60950-1, EN50178, and IEC60950-1, and it complies with FCC-B for conducted noise.
The input voltage range is 85-264VAC at 47-440Hz, and also accepts DC110-370V.
Outputs: +5V at 2.0A, +12V at 0.3A, and -12V at 0.2A.
The operating temperature range is 0°C to 65°C (with derating), and storage temperature is -20°C to 75°C.
