The Panduit PM6-5R-L is a non-insulated ring terminal designed for reliable wire termination. It accepts 10-12 AWG (2.5-6.0 mm²) wire and features an M5 stud size. The terminal is constructed from tin-plated copper for good conductivity and corrosion resistance. It uses a crimp termination method and is free-hanging (in-line) mounted.
Key design features include a brazed seam that prevents splitting during crimping and internal barrel serrations that ensure good wire contact and high tensile strength. The terminal has an overall length of 20.57 mm, width of 9.50 mm, and thickness of 1.02 mm. It is rated for up to 2000 V and operating temperature up to 150°C.
