PKM50W-1400-55-NS

The PKM50W-1400-55-NS is a 50W programmable constant current Class 2 LED driver from ERP Power, part of the PKM series. It accepts an input voltage of 120 to 277 VAC and delivers a programmable output current from 455 to 1400 mA, with a default setting of 1050 mA. The output voltage range is 10 to 55 V (min/nom/max at 1050 mA). This driver features a typical efficiency of up to 90%, power factor greater than 0.9, and total harmonic distortion below 20%. It supports programmable 0-10V dimming with a dimming range of 1 to 100%.

The driver is designed for commercial and architectural lighting applications and complies with DLC and California Title 24 requirements. It includes external NTC functionality, audio jack programming interface, and surge protection up to 2 kV line-to-line and line-to-earth per IEC61000-4-5, plus 2.5 kV ring wave per ANSI/IEEE C62.41. It is UL recognized as Class P with a Class 2 output. The metal case package is intended for chassis mount with side leads (NS variant). Maximum case temperature is 90°C, and the operating lifetime is 5 years at case temperature ≤75°C.
