The PKC-136 integrates an ultrafast blocking diode and a 160V transient voltage suppressor in series within a single DO-15 (DO-204AC) axial package. This unique configuration is designed for primary side snubber circuits in flyback converters, providing both fast reverse recovery and overvoltage clamping.
Key electrical specifications include a peak pulse power dissipation of 600 W (10/1000 µs waveform), a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 700 V, and a steady state power dissipation of 2 W at a lead temperature of 90°C. The device features a typical reverse recovery time of 75 ns and a maximum leakage current of 3 µA at rated voltage.
