The PJ-050AH is a DC power jack from CUI Devices (now Same Sky). It features a 2.0mm center pin and accepts a mating plug with 2.0mm ID and 5.5mm OD. The connector is rated for 24 VDC input voltage and 5 A current. It includes a single normally closed internal switch.
Electrical specifications include contact resistance of 100 mΩ maximum between terminal and mating plug, and 30 mΩ maximum between terminals in a closed circuit. Insulation resistance is 100 MΩ minimum at 500 Vdc, and the connector can withstand 500 Vac for one minute.
The jack is designed for through hole mounting with a right angle orientation. Termination is via solder. The operating temperature range is -25°C to 85°C, and it has a minimum life of 5,000 cycles.
