This bridge controller supports hardware flow control using RTS/CTS and software flow control with programmable Xon/Xoff characters. Interface control features include automatic RS-485 slave address detection and RS-485 driver direction control via the RTS signal. It also has a built-in IrDA encoder and decoder interface, supporting IrDA SIR speeds up to 1.152Mbps.

 

The PI7C9X762CZHEX operates across a wide voltage range of 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V and is designed for industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C.
