The PI4ULS3V302XVEX is a 2-channel bidirectional voltage level translator designed by Diodes Incorporated for converting logic levels between two voltage domains. It operates with an A-side supply voltage (VCCA) from 0.85V to 2.7V and a B-side supply (VCCB) from 1.35V to 3.6V, allowing seamless translation between low-voltage and standard logic voltages. Featuring auto-direction sensing, the device eliminates the need for direction control signals, simplifying PCB layout and reducing component count.
