The PI3USB10LP-BEZMEX from Diodes Incorporated is a single differential channel 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer designed for USB 2.0 applications. It is compliant with both high-speed (480Mbps) and full-speed USB 2.0 standards.
Key electrical specifications include a typical on-state resistance of 4.3 Ohms at 3.0V, a wide -3dB bandwidth of 850MHz, and low bit-to-bit skew. The device offers excellent channel isolation with crosstalk of -41dB and off-isolation of -35dB at 240MHz. It supports 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V logic on control pins and operates within a VDD range of 1.8V to 4.3V.
This switch IC provides robust protection features, including over-8kV HBM ESD protection on data pins and over-voltage protection that allows tolerance of a short to Vbus. It is suitable for applications such as cell phones, PDAs, digital cameras, notebooks, LCD monitors, TVs, and set-top boxes where reliable USB 2.0 signal routing is required.
The PI3USB10LP-BEZMEX is supplied in a compact 10-pin UQFN (ZM10) package, suitable for surface mounting. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
