The JST PHR-9 is a 9-position receptacle housing from the PH series, designed for wire-to-board applications requiring a low-profile connector with a mounting height of 5.8 mm and width of 3.8 mm in the top entry version. It accommodates female socket contacts with a wire range of AWG 28 to AWG 22 and insulation outer diameter of 0.9 mm to 1.6 mm.
This housing supports a current rating of 3 A (AWG 28) and voltage rating of 250 V, with a maximum initial contact resistance of 20 mΩ and minimum insulation resistance of 1000 MΩ. It can withstand 1000 V for one minute and operate over a temperature range of -25°C to +85°C.
The free hanging (in-line) mounting style with detent lock fastening provides secure mating. The natural color housing is suitable for high-density PCB environments where space is limited. Applicable PCB thickness ranges from 1.0 mm to 1.6 mm.
RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected, with an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited). Standard specifications are registered according to industry standards for oversize registration may differ from general listing.
