The KEMET PHE840EB6150MB10R17 is a metallized polypropylene film capacitor designed for X2 class electromagnetic interference suppression across-the-line applications. It is part of the PHE840E series and is RoHS compliant.
Electrical specifications include a capacitance of 0.15µF with ±20% tolerance, rated voltage of 760 VDC and 300 VAC at 50/60 Hz. Dissipation factor is 0.1% at 1 kHz and 0.4% at 10 kHz. Insulation resistance is a minimum of 30,000 MΩ. The capacitor is 100% factory tested at 2200 VDC.
The capacitor comes in a radial through-hole package with 15.00 mm lead spacing and PC pin terminations. Physical dimensions are 18.00 mm length, 6.50 mm width, and 12.50 mm height. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +105°C with a climatic category of 55/105/56/B.
