The KEMET PHE450MK3390JR05 is a double metallized polypropylene film capacitor from the PHE450 series. It offers a capacitance of 390 pF with a tolerance of ±5% and a DC voltage rating of 630 V. The dielectric is polypropylene (PP) with metallized electrodes, encapsulated in a self-extinguishing resin box meeting UL 94 V-0 requirements.
This capacitor is designed for high frequency and switching applications, such as deflection circuits in televisions and protection circuits in switched mode power supplies (SMPS) and electronic ballasts. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C and has a climatic category of 55/105/56 per IEC 60068-1.
The component is packaged in a radial through-hole case with PC pin terminations and a lead spacing of 7.5 mm. The leads are short (5 mm) and the packaging is bulk bag (R05 code). It is RoHS compliant and has lead-free terminations.
