The KEMET PHE450MF6680JR06L2 is a double metallized polypropylene film capacitor from the PHE450 series. It offers a capacitance of 0.68 µF with ±5% tolerance and a DC voltage rating of 630V. Designed for high frequency and switching applications, this capacitor is suitable for use in deflection circuits, SMPS protection circuits, and electronic ballasts.
The capacitor is encapsulated in a self-extinguishing resin box meeting UL 94 V-0 flammability requirements. It is housed in a radial through-hole package with PC pin termination and a lead spacing of 27.50 mm. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 105°C, with a climatic category of 55/105/56 per IEC 60068-1.
This component is RoHS compliant and features lead-free terminations. Please note that the PHE450 series is not recommended for new designs and has been replaced by the KEMET R76 series.
