The KEMET PHE450KD6470JR06L2 is a 0.47µF polypropylene film capacitor with a voltage rating of 400VDC and ±5% tolerance. It features a double metallized polypropylene dielectric encapsulated in a self-extinguishing resin box meeting UL 94 V-0. This radial through-hole capacitor has a lead spacing of 22.5mm and PC pin terminations, with dimensions 26.0mm x 10.5mm x 19.0mm.
Designed for high frequency and switching applications, it is suitable for use in deflection circuits, SMPS protection circuits, and electronic ballasts. The capacitor operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C and is RoHS compliant with lead-free terminations.
Note: This series is not recommended for new designs and has been replaced by the KEMET R76 series. Please refer to the R76 datasheet for current designs.
