The KEMET PHE426KF7220JR06L2 is a metallized polypropylene film capacitor with a capacitance of 2.2 µF and a DC voltage rating of 400V. It features a capacitance tolerance of ±5% and is designed for through-hole mounting with radial leads and a lead spacing of 27.50mm. The capacitor is encapsulated in a self-extinguishing thermosetting resin meeting UL 94 V-0 requirements, with a package size of 31.50mm x 14.50mm x 24.50mm (L x W x H).
This capacitor is suitable for applications such as DC link and DC filtering, high frequency switching, and high pulse DV/DT circuits. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C and has a climatic category of 55/105/56 per IEC 60068-1. The dielectric material is polypropylene (PP) with metallized electrodes, providing self-healing properties.
The PHE426 series is RoHS compliant and lead-free. Note that this series has been replaced by the KEMET R75 series, but the PHE426 remains available for legacy designs. The termination style is PC pins, suitable for standard through-hole soldering.
