The KEMET PHE426HJ5220JR17T0 is a metallized polypropylene film capacitor part of the PHE426/F426 series. It offers a capacitance of 0.022 µF with ±5% tolerance and a rated voltage of 250 VDC at 85°C, derated to 185 VDC at 105°C. The component also supports 160 VAC operation.
Designed for DC link, DC filtering, high frequency switching, and high pulse dV/dt applications, this capacitor features low inductance of 6 nH and a maximum dV/dt of 40 V/µs. Dissipation factor is 0.05% at 1 kHz and 0.25% at 100 kHz. Insulation resistance is a minimum of 100 GΩ.
