The PHDR-30VS is a rectangular connector housing manufactured by JST. It is a 30-position receptacle housing with a 2.00mm pitch and 2 rows. Designed for free hanging (in-line) mounting, this housing utilizes crimp termination for secure wire connections.
The housing supports wire gauges from 28 AWG to 22 AWG and insulation diameters from 0.6mm to 1.6mm. It has a mounting height of 9.9mm and depth of 6mm. The recommended PCB thickness for mating headers is 1.6mm.
Electrically, it is rated for 3A current and 250V voltage. Contact resistance is 20mΩ initial and 30mΩ after environmental tests. Insulation resistance is a minimum of 1000MΩ, and withstanding voltage is 1000V AC for 1 minute.
