The PH300S280-3.3 is a high-density DC-DC converter from TDK-Lambda's PH-S Series. It delivers 300W of output power at 3.3V from a wide input voltage range of 200V to 400V DC. This module is designed for commercial ITE applications and offers a compact through-hole package measuring 86.0mm x 41.0mm x 12.7mm.
Key electrical specifications include line regulation of 0.4% or 20mV and load regulation of 0.8% or 40mV. Ripple and noise is limited to 100mV pk-pk.
