The TDK-Lambda PH300S280-12 is an isolated DC-DC converter module delivering 300W of output power at 12V. It accepts a nominal 280V input with a wide range of 200-400V, making it suitable for industrial and commercial ITE applications. The converter features remote on/off control, overcurrent, overtemperature, and overvoltage protection. It offers line regulation of 0.4% and load regulation of 0.8%, with ripple and noise of 240mV pk-pk. The module is housed in a compact through-hole package measuring 86.0mm x 41.0mm x 12.7mm. It is designed for conduction or forced air cooling and operates over a baseplate temperature range of -20°C to +85°C (up to 100°C for PH300 models).
