The Mini-Circuits PGA-105+ is an advanced, ultra-flat gain, low-noise monolithic amplifier fabricated using E-PHEMT technology. It operates over a broad frequency range from 40 MHz to 2.6 GHz, making it suitable for various wireless communication bands including Cellular, PCS, LTE, and WiMAX.
